We have a clean, quiet room available in a well-maintained century home at 31 Kent St. The location is perfect for students, situated right by downtown Guelph and the Farmer’s Market. It’s an easy commute to the University of Guelph by bus, and the main train/bus station is just a short walk away. The house is across from a railway track, but the train passes only occasionally and is barely audible from inside. You will be living with mature senior-year students who keep a tidy and respectful home. The house is very spacious, featuring a main-floor living room and kitchen, plus a second-floor study/rec room. The second-floor bathroom and the washer/dryer are shared between you and two other housemates (one on the second floor and one from the main floor). The property includes great outdoor spaces: a front porch with a shared BBQ and a backyard that is currently being upgraded with a new 100-square-foot wooden deck, stone pavers, and a new retaining wall. Rent is $950 per month, which includes all utilities and high-speed internet.
